Cornelio and Tearsa first met at a warehouse party in September 2011 hosted by skater friends during Tearsa’s college days at San Francisco State University. They discussed documentary style videography and photography for hours on a beat up old couch surrounded by their peers who were doing everything to drink themselves unconscious.

Cornelio, a shy yet extraordinary self-taught action sports photographer/cinematographer listened intently and offered tips and tricks to Tearsa as she chatted about her findings from her academic learnings in photo and video journalism. After Cornelio was asked to be featured in a motion photography assignment of Tearsa’s jumping his BMX bicycle over a random chair found in Outer Sunset of San Francisco, Tearsa asked Cornelio on their first date to an open mic event at USF. Their interests in action sports and travel flourished into friendship and now continue in love.

More than a decade later, they’ve finally decided to professionally team up their acquired skills and experience in creating digital media together to drive local businesses, brands, and influencers to create more meaningful experiences with their clients, customers, and social media followers. The Two Crowns represent the pride and honor they each carry to learn stories from their community, capture that feeling and message, and share it in a way that is as thrilling as riding a motorcycle, driving a racecar, or the high one feels when hitting a personal record in lifting weights or enjoying a run.
